"Swaggertown Cemetary Discovered"
[2759] "Two stones of particular interest were those of Harriet and Hypca,daughters of Laurens and Sarah A Van Eps. Hypca did Feb 18, 1860,aged 6 years and 4 months. Five days later, on Feb. 23, Harrietdied, aged 3 years, 7 months and 13 days. They were, no doubt,victims of a disease, such as scarlet fever, which often snuffed outwhole families of children at a time during that period."
