Sallie Anna HOWELL was born 30 May 1881, in Novasota, Grimes County, Texas. She was the daughter of William HOWELL and Sarah Alice BECKWITH.

If census information is correct, Sallie first married someone named John B. CLARK, around 1899. On the 1900 census they were boarders in someone's home and it had them listed as having been married one year. Later on, they had two children, Fred and Ethel May. I don't know if John B. CLARK died or if they divorced.

Sallie married second, George August BOHN, sometime before 01 February 1922, when their first child was born. They probably married in Houston, Harris County, Texas.

Sallie died 28 September 1961 in Houston, Harris County, Texas at the age of 80 years, 3 months, 28 days. At the time of her death she was a resident of Scales Nursing Home in Houston. She is interred at Hollywood Cemetery, Houston.
