This is to Certify That Winfield M. Howell of Fairfield Iowa and Ruth Irene Barr of Fairfield Iowa were by me United in Marriage According to the Ordinance of God and the Laws of the State of Iowa on the Twenty Eighth day of November A.D. 1912.
